If your wallet showed an error, nothing was spent beyond gas. The most common causes are the price moving past your slippage limit, the desk being out of inventory for that size, or being on the wrong network — Ducat is on BNB Smart Chain. Try a smaller amount, or check your wallet is on BNB Chain.

The desk refuses to trade on a price it cannot verify, so if the gold feed stops updating, trading pauses automatically. This clears on its own once the feed reports again. Nothing is wrong with your account or your funds.

Selling draws USDT from the settlement wallet. If that is temporarily unfunded, sales are unavailable while buying continues as normal. Your DUCAT is unaffected and remains transferable.

Check spam and, on Gmail, the Promotions tab. If it is not there, request a new link from the sign-in page. If that still does not arrive, contact us and we will confirm the address manually.

The rejection email states the reason. Most are simple: a cut-off document edge, glare across the photo, or a name that does not match the document exactly. You can submit new documents straight away from the verification page.

Disconnect from the wallet button and connect again. Ducat never holds your keys, so switching wallets is always safe. Your account and your verification are separate from any wallet you connect.
