What we are building

Silver is not a switch we can flip on the gold contract. Three things have to exist first, and each is a real piece of work.

Its own contractOne reserve per token. Silver cannot share the gold supply cap — issuing it against gold’s reserve would weaken both claims.

An independent reserve feedGrams of silver, attested and reported separately from gold, so neither can ever be mistaken for the other.

Considerably more vaultSilver takes roughly eighty times the volume of gold for the same value. The storage economics are a different business, not a setting.

To be exact about where this stands: there is no silver token or silver contract deployed today, and no silver held in any vault. We have not set a launch date, and we would rather tell you that than name one we might miss.
